I'm in a wheelchair, problem?

So I'm a 28 y/o guy with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, landing my ass squarely in a electric wheelchair and I might be delusional, but I've decided to get good with women. After 7 years going out, I got fed up by having quite a lot of cute girls approach me, tell me I'm really handsome, trying to engage me, and me be completely clueless what to do/say to reel them in. I was even slapped once for it. Another I think I managed to push into auto-rejection, she went from very exited about me, even telling people I was hers, to ignoring me completely. So anyway, seen as it seems girls have been into me, you people think I have a chance? Any pros or cons you might imagine?

I believe in you man! I can actually recall two guys who were also paraplegics, who were very handsome gentlemen, each with a very beautiful wife. I do recall a couple of kids with one of them. Point being, your goal id achievable despite whatever odds are against you. Continue to imagine and desire what you want your life to look and be like and I promise you that it will happen if YOU work to make it happen!

My best friends brother is a paraplegic and he gets tons of pussy. He said he gets way more than he ever did before he was injured. So yes it is 100% possible

Sometimes you can turn a weakness into a strength. Play off of it and bring it up in a light way.

Pickup lines are bad, but this could actually work haha

"Are you tired?"
"No. Why?"
"Because you've been wheeling through my mind all day."

An obvious play off the "running through my mind" pickup line. It's light-hearted and gets the "pink elephant" in the room out of the way quickly.

After building some conversation, you can then say this:

"I'm getting tired of sitting.... How about we sit somewhere else together?"

You don't want to overuse this, but I think it can work. Again, lets say you're in deep conversation.... eyes locked.... silence is building.... sexual tension....

"I know what you're thinking."
"What's that?"
"Everything from my thighs/waist up works. Don't worry."

Just be wary of coming off to much like the "clown" and value results over reactions (moving with you, compliance).

Also, focus a great deal of time on your fundamentals. Strong, sexy, confident voice. Slow head movements. Strong, sensual eye contact. Good conversationalist (rapport/repartee). Nice clothes. Head and shoulders level with confidence.

Is this stuff staged or real?

Has anyone tried Simple Pickup? In the video, it seems like all they go for is confidence and approach a lot of women (and with some early compliance), which will work (but lower percentage of yes's). They also seem to be in a place with lots of single, beautiful women (I assume LA?).
