I've struggled in terms of fundamentals and being a generally sociable guy, making friends, being interesting, etc.
Multiple times in the past, I've tried to improve my fundamentals and vibe, but it seems like whenever I actually go out (back to work, to another party, etc) it's like everything I forget everything I worked on and default back to my usual, "boring" state.
Now, especially with the quarantine, I'm committed to being permanently more interesting and sociable once we can leave our homes, but I'm scared I'll just end up defaulting back to the "old me" again.
How can I drill things like good posture, voice, eye contact, body language into myself permanently?

@typewriter dude! It takes roughly 30 days to make something a habit, so you need to be persistent. You can use time in quarantine to fix your posture, walking and voice and can work with eye contact and body language to a point. Anything like eye contact you possibly still will struggle with with strangers when you're first back out in the field but if you notice your going to old habits and you don't like it you can fix it.

It's being aware and accountable. We can't change those things for you, but if it's something you want you can work on it. Use visualisation to see yourself in these situations and being confident, holding eye contact, standing right. It'll convince your mind you've already done it and give you belief you've already done it.

For your vibe, if you lack self confidence this will come across. The visualisation and working on this stuff now will make you feel better about it when your back out
Keep at it dude!
