Hey guys how would you open and converse on Instagram with people you don't know?

I suggest having your own thing on your instagram. Here are two people who are reasonably valuable people who followed me for awhile before they unfollow me because i did not follow them and/or they find me irritating. LOLX

That's two guys with things going on in their lifes. As for girls, i am currently sending text. there's too many guys sending them text. Highly recommend that they comment on your post instead, and go from there, see where it takes you.
