A couple of days ago a female friend that lives in another city came to visit with her new boyfriend. Well relatively new - they've dated for 6 months, I've just hadn't seen her in almost a year. When we've talked on skype she keeps telling me how intelligent he was, how smart he was.
I met the guy and he's stupider than a boiled potato.. I mean I was wandering if he can count to 10. She talked how he wanted to start a business like me, and wandered if I'd listen to his ideas and give him some pointers/tips or even if his ideas were good, to start sth together. I listened and listened and tried not to give my honest opinion. Cause I would've told him to get all his money pick a number from 0 to 36 on the roulette wheel and to hope it comes up.
Yes he was a cool guy but damn is he stupid.
And this is a girl who's always preached how much she values intelligence in a man.
There are countless advice for men to show how intelligent they are. And women talking a bout how sexy that is. But it's always the stupid guys who end up with all the girls. I've actually made a list of the stupidest guys I've ever met and all of them were doing really good with girls. I know why the nerds didn't get girls, but why couldn't some of the seducers have brains.
And PUAs and people like us who learn seduction, we are also nerds. We study and develop the seduction skill. And I can say I have the impression that most of the guys here are intelligent and have worked really hard to get to where they are.
And I've also started wandering if you have great fundamentals, charm, preselection, good process, etc - is showing intelligence a bad thing that'll drag you back. I mean does being the lover, also mean having no brain?
I'm also wandering when I go on a date if I should dumb it down. I know I won't be talking about my self much. But when she asks me and I should answer sth I'm thinking it'd be best to lie. For an example if she asks about interest and hobbies instead of saying, music/art/physics/technology/business/psychology I should just lie and say I like football and drinking beer at bars or sth like that. Or when she asks why I dropped out of university instead of saying I started a company/develop inventions/software/invest/etc. I should lie and say I just couldn't pass my exams and I got kicked out and now I have some lousy job like working at a burger place.
And when she ask about ambitions or dreams instead of telling her about my dreams and ambitions I should just lie and say sth stupid sounding and non ambitious.

This is when I want to be the lover and seduce her fast, not waiting for weeks or months and for a relationship before we have sex. Should I just dumb it down and lie to seem more of a one dimensional lover? Cause I bet that in every interaction the girls will ask me some of those questions (where/what do I study, what do I work, sth about interests or hobbies,etc) and I'll have to give some answer. So I feel like being myself is going to be bad and I should pretend to be dumb but a seducer.
