Is a place of female hyper-sexuality the best place to live in?

We all know that women, specially in the U.S., are having lots of sex with lots of different partners..But is this type of environment even the optimal way to live in and raise a family? In the world, we see a stark contrast between how women behave in the West and in the Middle East, isn't there a place of better balance between these two extremes that can function as a better way to live?
I'm sure all of you have read the quote "balance in all things."

"Balance in all things". Definitely. The ones that balance in all things are people that actually believe in the narrative fully. So who puts who in an illusionary world?

I thought of writing in full but i hope other people can answer it better. I have an argument which i prefer to discuss someday.
