Is it me or girl brag too?

I know that guy brag to pump their value by saying how much they made or what car they drive and blablabla but ive been in a few date lately and I realize that girl brag too but not about their money/status they brag about the quantity of guy that one to sleep with them.For exemple:


- I was texting a girl who I was scheduling a date and then she ask me how did my ex look physically. I described her thens I ask her the same question then she describe her two exes like god among human!! 6'4 muscular mcgill student blablabla.At first I was stress cuz I ask myself how could I compete against those guy but then I realize the only reason she ask me how was my ex is because I think she wanted to know if she fit in my physical criteria.

-I had a date with a girl and she was talking about a guy she date who only date the most gorgeus girl and blablabla and an other one who had mad status!!! Like we knew big celebrity and blabla and how both of them would fly in an instant if she'd ask them.

In both situation I was the one with power cuz they were trying to prove me that they are the greatest shit ever.

Hey Lex,

yeah they're bragging; it's called DHV'ing (demonstrating higher value). Sometimes girls are more obvious with this than at other times (some girls are obvious some girls are more subtle). They're trying to impress you cause they're chasing you and (like you mention) you have the stronger frame and aren't trying to impress them as much as they are you.

If you catch them doing it you can call them out on it and tease them a bit too sometimes (if you like and if it doesn't hurt your attainability with the particular girl)
