I don't think it's a great idea to use an ex to warm yourself up to meet new girls. Chances are either you or her are going to get emotionally tangled up.

Also, the way you worded the question "is it shameful...?" suggests you don't feel exactly proud about the idea. Which kinda answers your question already.

Yes I think would be right to block and forget them forever.. Before I was thinking like its good memories and emotions but now that reminds me only how I over appreciated at that past time. I even don't want to fuck them... I would need to be paid to fuck them I mainly was asking them advices how to get other girl and to get feedback about myself what I was doing wrong.. But what females can tell its all bs and pointless to listen them never helped me. Bring her more gifts and bla bla bla... Only one ex told me to ad third side girl to make other girl jealous.. those females are pointless untill they not under full control and not taking care of them for that. Will block them. Thanks.
