Make it clear that you dont build rapport online, and don't invest more than she does at any time, you wanna seem like you have many girls at your disposal and she is nothing but another girl.

I've had some experience with online flirting.

Here is the thing. Either a.) she trying to get her ego stroked by having you flirt back with her (maybe a guy just hurt her and she needs the ego boost) or b.) she wants you

My guess is the later given your history with her. Here is the one thing with online flirting...just be persistent. Just tease her non-stop. Worst thing to have is a dead period. But make it seem like you are only doing cause you are bored...like she isn't that important to you.

It is a powerful thing. Cause first it makes her feel special cause you are giving her your attention (that's what they always tell me after I had sex with them) and you come off as treating her as a little sister (you have higher value). It can take time (one girl I did this for years...but honestly only cause I was bored) and out of the blue she told me would do anything and i mean ANYTHING to be with me (she went into nasty details ). The side effect is they might fall in love with you.

Anyways, that's my experience. Take it with a grain of salt towards yours.

Recently out of the blue she sent me a private message on facebook and she seemed kinda flirty or at least silly. I started a conversation but I am wondering am I wasting my time with her or not?

I'm thinking the 2nd poster is right, she's looking for an ego boost and is bored and wants to see if you will chase her for the day. IMHO, you kind of are, hit up another girl and then tell her you are busy and cant see her or ignore her messages altogether. If she bites, then set a meet. If not,there are hotter girls out there to seduce...
