For the last two weeks I've been aiming to do 20 approaches a week, which I've done. I put this target in as I simply wasn't doing enough approaches per week. I feel like I should have gone out yesterday - I'm resolving to go to the same club next Thursday.
Should I be more ambitious with my target - say up it to 30 a week? Is there a magic number that if you consistently hit, you'll see improvement?
Any advice from guys who were in my position would be appreciated. Is the answer that if you feel like you can do more, then you can do more?
