I work at a community college like campus. I walk around doing errands in different offices. I have noticed a couple of times females showing interest but I dont know how to act. Do I approach like if it were a bar setting or the street? It is pissing me off because I see the same people a couple of times a month and I don't want my attraction to expire. Any help appreciated!

Edit: It feels not right just making rapport and everybody there just listening. But if thats what has to be done I am willing!
