Is there something cool in this scene about the way Michael Fassbender didn't dance at the end? Have a watch?

Usually I would presume that it would be best to dance, and that you'd look a bit shy or something if you weren't. But then again, if he danced would he have contradicted the way he behaved up until that point? because he get's the blonde girl in the end. I think they call this Congruence in the PUA community.
