Isolating a girl who's with a friend

So I was hanging out with one of my female friends (We'll call her Abby) the other night, and a friend of hers (We'll call her Jamie) was in town. Jamie and Abby are super close to each other, and basically went through hell together a couple years ago. I don't have any sexual interest in my Abby, but the Jamie was pretty appealing. The three of us started at my friends dorm, went out for milkshakes, then I ended up teaching Jamie how to swing dance in one of the common buildings on campus. I have an excellent sense of smell, and while we were dancing I started noticing that smell that only a super horny girl gives off, if you know what I mean...

Anyway, I knew that if I could isolate her, I could make something happen, but I couldn't figure out how to get her separated from Abby, who would definitely be a major cockblock if I moved in on her friend. Normally what I'll do in this situation is find a group of people that I know, merge groups, then take off with my girl while leaving the friend behind to be distracted by other people. Unfortunately, we're on fall break, so there aren't that many people around. If something like this happens again, are there any ways to isolate the girl from her friend?

You could give her hand a squeeze when you're in a group with her and glance at her out of the corner of your eyes as if to say: "come this way with me."
