In Chase post on the Advanced board, Stages of Desire, Chase wrote an interesting and great post on how women go from each stage to each stage.
Why do you want to keep your women between the Need Stage and Satiation Stage?
I will give you an example, from real life accounts, which is happening around the world, and almost everywhere, self help books have tried to ease this problem, The "Don't Expect Anything" mindset, but yet people are still doom. They don't know what is happening and why things are horribly wrong. From famillies, friends, jobs, your girlfriend. Facebook(ppl writing about expectations), Twitter, phone companies(that don't yield up to their HIGH expectations) everyone has been led in somewhat i feel was something that didn't work, or maybe it did, or passing from generations to the other. Your parents don't know how to set expectations, their parents do not know, hence everyone just follows.
I would note that by realizing the art of over promise and under deliver is relatively visible around the world. And we need to realize how to treat it at the root. Not just this problem but screening and qualifying, picking friends to hang out most often, those people and things that are important to you.
By having some conscience, and admitting we do have own faults, and also when spells are broken, you want to acknowledge and then keep calm, so as not to lose the girl, and also at the same time, buy you some time to build things in a proper way. Things are not going to be warmth, but they respect you for it.
at least there be one lesser "Over Promise and Under Deliver Guy" on this earth.
