I thought I would finally open my own public journal here to see how I fair as a beginner. However, I have already made my own private journal on my PC and have copied what I have done so far to date and will add to it as time progresses.
This is what I have done so far since just before Christmas below: (this does not include my online interactions with women as I don't consider them approaches)

asked a girl for here number and she rejected
asked a women at a booth if she was single: she said no she was engaged

said hi, how are you to one women at Trader Joes.
gave compliment to one women on her hair at Trader Joes
gave compliment to one women on her boots at Target

used cocky & funny humor on one tall women checking out at the register
Barnes & Noble BS
gave really youg tall girl two compliments, shoke her hand and found out where she goes to college
gave a blond tall girl a compliment, shoke hands and found out her name
gave another older women and compliment in her hat
Cup of Joes
gave two women a compliment on one girls scarf that she told me she made herself and thanked me

talked to one women at whole foods giving a compliment and introducing myself
gave three compliments to women including the one at whole foods
all goals meet

gave two compliments to women in kroger and talked to one briefly.

Note: I need to work on approaches and how to approach corectly on their side without looking at them first! breaking the touch barrier by touching them gently is another goal.

talked to three women in chocolate aisle (all interested)
gave compliment to a girl that worked there (interested)
bookstore:
gave one women a compliment on her shoes (disinterest)
gave one women a compliment on her scarf and talked breifly (disinterest)
gave a compliment to one women on her hair in line to get coffee (she liked it alot)
trader joes:
gave a oriental girl a compliment on her purse (disintersted)
all goals met
