Knowing a place is popping off

Preamble: I saw a post about this on the boards a couple of years ago but couldn't find the thread. I wanted to bump and let everyone see it again but no bueno... so I'll just make a post. Shoutout to that guy lol

When you go out to the beach/clubs/bars whatever, you can most of the time see if its a little bit busy by using google maps.

Using google maps on your phone,

search up the place you want to check out,

then scroll all the way down to popular times.
Thats it! It'll tell you how busy the venue is.

Also, it tells you when the place is most busy for every single day of the week.

I use this when I'm at a bar and thinking of the next place to go, if it says for that spot "Live - At its most busiest" most of the time it's correct and when I head on over to this place it's popping off.

I even use this for regular places like maybe the library. The stuff is usually accurate and you'll get a good idea of what a venue is like before you head there.

FYI, this has worked for like 85% of places I've searched in my city, some venues don't have the times/live times and then you just have to check it out for yourself like a normal person lol

I’ll add a step into this, Find your local running club, Pilates studio and Soul Cycle class times and sit at the coffee shop/smoothie place next door for when they end
