OR lazy and low sex drive

Hey guys,

Ever have those nights when you go out and game, but you really don't care whether you pull or not? I had one of those last night, and I think it was probably due to me being lazy and having a low sex drive. Here are a couple of things that I believe were correlated with this feeling:

• 1. drinking too much alcohol
  2. watching too much porn

Anyone have anything else that's associated with lower sex drive?

I noticed that a couple of things happened when I felt this way:

• 1. I would open big groups of girls and not target one girl in particular
  2. I would not escalate things with girls and just wait for them to escalate things with me
  3. My interactions hit a point where they became ambiguous and girls lost interest

Does anyone know (1) any ways to avoid low sex drive and (2) other signs in your interactions that this is happening?

Physical exertion. Work out: Lift weights, run, bike, swim. Something to 1) increase your heart rate. 2) engage your muscles 3) increase respirations per minute. 4) sweat.

at least 15 minutes minimum (30 is better) 4 x per week.

Last night was sort of like this for me. It wasn't necessarily laziness and low sex drive though. You know what it was? I was just tired from being out late the night before! I probably should have stayed in an taken it easy, but I'd be happier with myself going out and having a dull night than not going out at all!

Are you saying this is a fluke night that happens every now and then? Or this always happens to you? If it's only every now and then, then I wouldn't really worry about it. Consider it a practice opportunity for gaming while less than 100%.
