So I recently was reading over Cody's piece on dancing and one line really stuck out to me. Here it is:

Girls are very attentive to the ways guys move and hold themselves. Most of their sexual selection isn’t dependent on physical looks but instead subtle and indicative movements of the man; gestures, the way a man presents himself, the nervous tells she can notice in his voice or mood - these are all taken in and tell her things about you sexually. In order to project the right image to women, you really want to think of your image as a dance, not as a picture.

Just like the rest of the article, it seems like this can be applied in ways other than just dancing. It also resonated with me because I often feel as though I am too tense and nervous in many social situations.

Are there any articles that cover this? It seems like a huge fundamental, but there is no "common-sense" discussion on it that I can find. The biggest thing that I think will help me is repeatedly exposing myself to these situations until it becomes the new normal, but any other tips could really help.
