Losing Fat Has Improved Almost All of My Fundamentals

In March this year I was 16 kg overweight (35 pounds)

I set out to lose the excess weight to improve that specific fundamental.

I succeeded.

Been maintaining my new, healthy weight since September.

An interesting observation is that not only my physique improved but most of my fundamentals improved too.

It became much easier to maintain excellent posture with a slim mid section.

Better posture results in better vocal projection and that was definitely the case.

I'm an average looking guy but I've had a couple girls call me "handsome" now. The fat is off my face and my jawline is defined. It's crazy but if you're overweight, losing fat is guaranteed to make you a more good looking guy. For everyone complaining about not being good looking enough, that's as close a solution you can get without getting plastic surgery.

My facial expressions got better. With fat in the face, the facial muscles are somewhat distorted. Imagine a super obese guy with a huge face and huge cheeks. Hard to imagine him having free flowing and varied expressions, right? Losing fat in the face has definely improved the ease of moving my facial muscles.

Obviously my clothes (new clothes, rather) look more impressive. And I feel much more comfortable investing more in fashion because I know I'll look awesome.

My abs popped out, so I posted a shirtless pic on OkCupid and got a cute girl who was DTF and came straight to my apartment. This never happened before.

My skin looks better too from healthy eating.

My body movements are less restricted, more free flowing and more smooth.

Losing fat has been a game changer.

If your problem is you're too skinny, then this won't apply. But the majority of people, especially nowadays, are fatter than they should be.

Drop these pounds and you'll see some amazing improvements in how people perceive you, especially girls.

Yeah, this is severely underrated. I notice profound changes with only 1kg, but I want to go a bit further with this , the quality of your food also shows on your face. It is not just about how slim you are but also what you have eaten. I believe there is correlation between the shape of your body and the shape of your face, a friend of mine who I did not encounter for quite some time has a very badass face and I asked him what he was up to as he definitely seemed stronger, more firm. So he told me he was now heavily involved in calisthenics... and it showed, on his face.

100% support calisthenics.

I only perform those these days.

I read somewhere that for every 5 kg of fat you lose, the number of women checking you out doubles.

Seen something pretty close to that tbh.

I am not so sure about this to be honest... Seems a bit like an exaggeration. Anyway screw the statistics, losing weight is good in general, you also feel much younger instead of sluggish and I am sure that translates into your behavior and expressions as well

I think it's more applicable when you're very overweight
