She then said that she doesnt want to lose me and is interested in being single. DO I want her as a gf ? No. Do I want that option in the future ? Maybe. Now what ?

You were already friend zoned, she sees value in you as a friend. This is the reason she says that she doesnt wanna lose you, but she wants to be single. Id suggest moving on to the next girl, and keep her at bay. Dont text her for a few days, if she texts you saying hey, say "i take it you missed me, wanna join me for coffee sometime this week or the next?
