What's up guys. Bounced back from my FU a couple of days ago and I need your help for the next step I'm about to take.
Backstory for FR:
Was going to a thanksgiving dinner arranged by some students yesterday. Mind you that it wasn't a home cooked dinner, it was at a restaurant. I wasnt really interested in going, but went anyway. Got downtown and called my buddy up and found out that I'd gone to the wrong restaurant. Shit. So I said fuck it, lets roll solo and go to a sushi bar. And so I did. As I'm leaving the building where the sushi bar is located I walk past this deserted food court. Here is where it gets interesting
Mascara:
If she hadn't looked at me, I would have never noticed her. When I finally did glance her way though she caught my attention. She was pretty far away but what I saw was a cute dark haired girl sitting in the middle of an empty food court with a coffee in her hand. A couple of other people were sitting on other tables, but the place was literally empty. My body was still walking on autopilot towards the exit, I was unsure if I wanted to approach or not. As I was about to reach the stairs I stopped and started fighting my unwillingness to approach. After a couple of seconds I won so I turned around.
I walked right up to her table and waited for her to look up before I said hi. She takes off her earphones. She was indeed hot, so I'm glad I approached. She looks youngish though, maybe 18. She was wearing this unique mascara, hence the nickname.
So she is actually a full time model living in expensive hotels and shit and travelling all the time. She just happened to be sitting there because she was going to the movies all by herself and the movie didn't start before 1 hour. I don't really think this processed through my head in that moment and I'm glad it didn't because I think I would have acted totally different. I actually basically ignore this. I don't think she was used to that.
So we have been talking for 15 minutes and I feel it's time to leave and go for the number close:
So I left here there, told her I would send her a message. We have been chatting just a tiny bit today, here is the chat:
So what I need help with is how should I ask her out from here? I live over 30 min by public transport from downtown and I don't have a car.
Should I meet her close to whichever hotel she will be staying at? What kind of date should I make? Should I use date compression? As you understand my logistics are far from optimal so I need your advice on this.
Izzie:
This is another girl from school, but not an exchange student. Not too great body but super cute face. We've been flirting on and off and I asked her out today after class. She was really into me the first two weeks of school, but it went downhill from there. Why didn't I move earlier? Well I did not get my own place before today and students at my exchange school commute so everyone lives with their parents.
When I asked her out she did not really say no, but I could see it in her face that she did not want to go out. She just didn't want to straight up reject me. So I let it go. Before GC I would be devastated if I got rejected by a girl like that because she was super cute. Now i know that attraction ran its course. I saw this chick twice a week and I moved too slow because I did not have my own place. Fuck logistics...
Well, well. On to the next one. Hope to hear some great advice from you guys regarding Mascara!

Me - Hey, I saw you sitting over here and I thought you were cute so I wanted to say hi.
Mascara - Haha okay
Me - Are you single?
Mascara - Yes
Me - Cool. Do you mind if I sit down?
Mascara - Eh, are you alone?
Me - Yeah, I'm alone. I don't mean to intimidate you..
Mascara - Oh. No, no it's fine, please
So I sit down.
Mascara - Haha what is your name btw?
Me - Oh, tvktvk. And yours?
Mascara - Mascara.
Me - Nice to meet you Mascara. So I guess you are not used to this?
Mascara - Haha no, I'm not. But I'm thinking why not? This IS how you meet new people.
I nod
Me - You may know a few hundred people in your life, while there are 7 billion other people in the world you have no idea about.
Many people think it is weird to go out and meet new people, but what they're doing is closing down this huge pool of opportunities to meet new people
Mascara - Yeah, you're right
So we're hitting it off. I tell her about my thanksgiving dinner story, she shares a whole lot about her life. She is 21 btw, my age. This part is my favourite:
Mascara - So I'm with a friend in this huge 2 story suite and it's just so boring there so I just had to get out.
Me - Eh, I don't think I understand, are you working as a hotel housekeeper or something?
Mascara - Noo, I'm model!
Me - Ohh, hahah you must forgive me, english is not my first language!
Mascara - hahahaha
Me - So where are you originally from?
So she is actually a full time model living in expensive hotels and shit and travelling all the time. She just happened to be sitting there because she was going to the movies all by herself and the movie didn't start before 1 hour. So we have been talking for 15 minutes and I feel it's time to leave and go for the number close:
Me - So I actually gotta get going cause I got tons of work at school, but let me grab your number so we can hang out in the future.
Mascara - Uhm, I dont actually give out numbers to strangers...
Me - Yeah?
Mascara - Yeah, but here add me on facebook
Hands me here phone
Me - There you go.
Mascara - Omg, is that you??
She is pointing at my profile pic
Mascara - You're into fashion?
Me - Haha, I like to look good ok? Don't mock me
Marscara - Noo, you look good!
Now she starts scrolling through all my old photos, which is embarrasing but we're having a laugh
Mascara - I was kinda skeptical when you came over, but no you're good. You're interesting
Me - Haha thanks. Still don't wanna give me your number though?
Mascara - Nooo
Me - Haha ok
So I left here there, told her I would send her a message. We have been chatting just a tiny bit today, here is the chat:
Me - Hey Mascara, was nice to meet you yesterdayI hope you're done looking through all my pictures! haha
Mascara - Hey, it was good meeting you too
Me - How was the movie?
Mascara - Amazing
