Old movie with Frank Sinatra. This scene is a masterful example of seduction where the local crime boss seduces Frank Sinatra into completely changing his mind on "dealing" cards for the crime organization from a hard no to a "yes". After talking Frank Sinatra into dealing for him he then goes another step further to entice him once again to change his position fully from "no" to "definitely" in buying and taking a shot of heroin to get high.
The crime boss masterfully uses physical compliance, story telling, and "How to Win Friends and Influence People" techniques to get Sinatra to chose for himself to do what the boss wants him to do.
