Miami Turn Up

Me and some friends made some last minute plans to head out to Miami for a week at the end of the month. It's me and two other friends plus a helper (one of my buddies is confined to a wheelchair so he's flying out his helper to assist him during the trip). Now I've never been to Miami but for anyone that has been or heard of the party scene, what's it like? I've heard there are a ton of latinas there (great news for me) but how's the strip on a weekday/weeknight? We're going to be there for a week so I'm trying to gauge if there's a decent club/bar open on say, a Tuesday night.

Also if anyone has any suggestions on places to checkout/ things to do, don't hesitate to let me know.

South beach, particularly around 7th to 18th street. At nighttime, you'll see a lot of people walking around, great for street approaching. It's just like Philly at the beach. Some club covers can get pretty expensive ($40). I was only there for a couple of days, so couldn't say much about the other areas, but people there are pretty open to chatting, from what I experienced. I went to Flash nightclub and that wasn't bad; they play different music different nights, but the one night I went they weren't playing house music like I wanted. The clubs that primarily play house music around there have a good reputation, so I would check those out. Oh, and did I mention they allow topless sunbathing?
