Many people think pickup is unethical because it involves deceit. But is that really true? Rather, are we giving women what they really want? Are we providing the best kind of relationships? Sure, there are those who do pickup unethically, but the blame is on the guy, not the process, right?

Byronic,

Many people think pickup is unethical because it involves deceit. But is that really true? Rather, are we giving women what they really want?

There ARE methods of deceit that can be used in pick-up to take women to bed, so the answer to your question is "yes" and "no." The techniques and ideas emphasized on this website are not geared towards deceiving women; they are geared towards giving them what they really want.

Are we providing the best kind of relationships? Sure, there are those who do pickup unethically, but the blame is on the guy, not the process, right?

The blame can be on both the guy and the process. If the guy chooses to use a process that involves deceit leading to a girl getting hurt (either emotionally or physically), then the process is arguably unethical, and the man is to blame for choosing to use that process rather than learning to be a genuine man and give women what they really want.

I hope this clears things up!
