So I found out that libraries and coffe houses are good places to meet women. I can go indirect, start a conversation and flirt a lot (and non-verbally show my romantic interest). After street approaches, I feel these places are the next best thing to get to know women.
So last sunday, I decided to go to the library. I did not have any intentions to pick up girls (just wanted to read some books without being interrupted), but on the couch opposite of me, I see a young girl (early 20s, curly hair, green eyes, slender body with a little bit of ass). I also loved her style, laidback, but well dressed and when she began working with some papers with texts I was sold immediately. I got eye contact. She smiled back at me. Someone called her so I knew I had to say something when her conversation ended. I asked her if she was studying literature "how did you know that?" she asked me back, "I dont know, I just had to guess, and it looked like you where analyzing the texts" I replied and pointed at the papers. We started talking about her studies, she was a little nervous because people where sitting around us. So I moved to a couch closer to her, asked her to move with me (compliance) and after a 10 minute conversation I left the library with her number and a date in mind.
Four days later, we met at my favorite bar. And started talking about her mostly. She was still nervous (I am getting this more often now that my fundamentals are becoming better), but did not mind my advances. After an hour of talking I tried to go for the kiss, she kissed me back and we ended having a fun conversation about how she was glad I was direct and always trying to move things forward, "I loved the fact that you saw me and invited me out, she kept saying" I guess this doesnt happen a lot here in Oslo.
Because I live with my GF (open relationship), I coudnt take her to my place. She told me she was living at her friends place in the living room. I tried to think fast, and invited her to a party I was going to attend (a risky move, but what else could I do?) she gently declined, but agreed to meet me next week and that we could make some dinner at her place. At this time I knew that the probability of meeting again diminishes if I dont close the deal then and there, but my mind couldnt come up with any solutions so we parted ways hoping it would be a next time.
Two hours after our date, she calls. I did not have my phone on me then, but I get a message; "I am sitting at my place with my roommate, wanna come?" I did not know what that meant, but since I am new in this game I went for it. I guess its about reference points and who cares if I dont get laid? I am down for experience rather than results, little did I know what was about to happen as I went downstairs from my friend to meet this girl at her place.
I went in, her roommate had a date with her, and after 5 minutes of talking the roomie tells us she and her date "will go to the bedroom". I knew what was going to happen then. Six minutes after they left, we started having sex. The next two hours we where makin love passionately. I came several times and tried to please her as much as I could (I guess I need to work even more on my sex-skills). I left her place with a smile on my face. Sent her a message two days later with a date in mind. She tells me she came out from a relationship, and was only looking for fun. I guess I did a good job in presenting myself as a lover then, because I am not looking for fwbs yet (unless she is really cool and the sex is amazing).
I am happy for this experience. I am more confident than ever and I care much less if a girl reject me. After around 250 approaches I am also seeing patterns more easily. The game is "slowing down", and I am starting to see which girls are into me from the get-go. I also do not go so much out to pick up girls. I feel like I just start conversations instinctually. Cold approach is amazing. I have to thank GC and the board members for all your info. I will be more active here and hopefully, when my skills become better, I can start giving advice to people, like some of you do.
