You moved her immediately and she complied, And you calibrated your escalation when u put your arm around her at 2.00. but I think there were too much entertainer vibe. so I think that's why in the beginning and around 2.40 she's busting your balls and testing you, because it seems like you're putting on a show. I think being more genuine after you initially move her and be more relatable should help u a lot! Keep it up man! =)
