Need a STRUCTURE, still confused

Any experienced people can help me out?

Ive read tons of articles and the chase book, but Im struggling cause its like its all this theory and I dont know where to place it.

Its like: "get them to chase you" but still you say that YOU gotta pursue them and lead.

I feel like I need a step by step structure as a newbie to get things going, to get it "click" in my mind. Can someone please help me out here? What is step A B C etc?

Ok Ill check it out, but it really feels Ive read too much already. But still I dont have a step by step structure ... Like A to B to C, and I feel like I need that in the beginning. Right now Im just out and everythings a mess, Im a good looking muscular dude but yet struggle alot to get or keep girls interested, Im confused by PUA theory.

1. approach the girl, stating your intentions
2. start putting out chase-frames and sexual frames
3. get compliance?

There is no clear cut path to picking up women. There is no system you can use every single time with every single woman, by that I mean, it can't be:
-Open
-Frame
-Compliance
-Close

because socializing is in the moment and is constantly changing. So, instead, you should always be trying to move an interaction forward. Start with an opening and keep pushing forward by using things like compliance/investment, deep diving, kino, nonverbals, framing, then pull her number or pull her for an insta-date.
