Long-Term New here dealing with a hot/cold woman or she's testing

First off hello everyone I'm Randall.

Ok so I've been with this girl for about a month now. She's actually a co worker(generally not a good idea I know). So things started off hot and heavy we had sex in the first week. We had worked together for about a year before we decided to try dating so we did socialize and talk before we started dating. Ok so here's how she is confusing me she says she wants to take it slow. Which I honor and give her space don't blow up here phone etc. But then she'll randomly come at me hot and heavy saying all the pet names etc. Then something like this will happen. Ok so she called me to her place Thursday night and we had sex and cuddled till we had to get up for work. Then Friday we went on a really nice date and had a blast at a place called top golf. So the next day I got no text from her so I just sent her a hey hope you're having a good day I miss you text and haven't heard a word since. She's done this before where we get hot and heavy and then we have a few days apart on the weekend there is radio silence. Anyone have a clue as to what could be up. Is she playing games? I just maintain my cool and don't bother her until I see her and she speaks.

Hey Randall,

I see two things:
1. This date sounds very girlfriend-ish. You wanted to slip into BF / GF mode a little too early.
2. You didn't confirm the sexual nature of the relationship on the second date (you didn't take her to bed). Or unless you forgot to mention it?

You should have stick to a simple short date, followed by a pull to your home and a good fuck. Chances are she expected it.

The girl will usually have this "feeling of belonging to you", after you fuck her two or three times. This may involve seducing her again, although the second time is usually (but now always) easier. Once you have fucked her a few times, you can think about having nice dates with her, if this is what you want.

I just maintain my cool and don't bother her until I see her and she speaks.

Yes! The best, now, is to let her come back, at least for a few days. In any case, avoid chasing her at all costs.

Me and her have been intimate many times. I guess my post may have been kind of jumbled up and thrown together. Me and her spoke about what we wanted before and it was a serious relationship although she wanted to move slowly she's mentioned at times I'm moving us forward pretty quickly so I just try to play it cool.
