I meet this girl abroad - bedded her there a couple of times and now we're both back in London
Problem 1
Before going abroad her bf just broke up with her
At some point while she was abroad apparently before me and her slept with each other - she agreed to talk with him when she gets back after he said he wants to restart the relationship
Problem 2
In the same night she mentions a speed dating event which shell go to with one of her friends on the weekend
HOW I HANDLED IT
Speed dating: Unreactive; As soon as she told me im asking if shes ever been to one - what she would say in a speed date - did a speed dating role play between me and her and then changed the topic
Ex bf - I let her say what she wanted to say - didnt say anything about me and her or if she still wants him - just listened to her and told her i was sure she would make a decision that was right for her
Was this the right way to handle these situations? If not how should it have been? And theyll probably come up again next week should I handle it any differently then?
Obviously with the ex bf issue I expect she'll have a clearer idea of where she stands then.
