Hey guys,
I'm new here. A few months back I bought what I thought was one-time materials for $60 or so after watching a video from Girls Chase. Fast forward a few months I get an email (apparently I've gotten a few of these) about my courses being available for next month. Until now I didn't realize that I was getting these emails. It turns out that I signed up for a package worth over $900. That was NEVER my intention. I feel like it was never made clear that it was an expensive package and it was a bait and switch. I emailed someone at the company on May 12th. I was told to put in a support ticket and I can stop the subscription. I put in a support ticket and was told that I have 24 hours before they respond. They haven't responded in 24 hours. I think the deadline for yet another month of material that I have to pay for but am not interested in was today. So I have to pay $90+ AFTER I put in a ticket. The whole thing feels scammy. But it seems legit going by the reviews and this forum. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reach them? I haven't found a number to call.
