I'm not a fan of chasing down dates. But I'll do it if this new method doesn't work any better. And of course, as I improve in making a good impression during the initial meeting, getting dates will be easier.

In the past, I've proposed new dates a few days after a flake over text. Usually just more humming and hawing and waning of interest until I'm lost in unrequited oblivion. If she wants to meet up, she will find time, right? I've had first dates the very next day after first meeting girls (I like to play with my impatience).

So I'm switching things up. I'll propose one date and then if she flakes or says she's busy, I'll hang back for a week or two... Maybe longer. Minimal texting, probably none. See if she comes to me.

This is to prevent killing interest from chasing and wasting time with half-interested girls, and maybe even turn around a few of them with my warm but "no time for this" attitude.

Any tweaks I should make? ...Two proposed dates? Is there a fine line between flirty resistance overcome by persistence and chasing down dead ends?

And once again, I'll be making sure to do the proper work when first meeting these lovely women.
