Which STD? Oral chlamydia can happen, but it only gives a weak throat infection at worse. Is asymptomatic otherwise and clears naturally. I'd be more careful kissing girls - strep infections are much tougher.

Also the odds of vaginal to oral spreading of chlamydia is relatively low.

And you have herpes... you can get that from kissing too.
