Hello fellow seducers.
Judging from the past few weeks it seems that everyone on the forums has been experiencing a contraction in mind, body, and moral.
I feel as though everyone is going through their very own personal struggle and this applies to people I know in real life as well.
Could be coincidental could be something in the air but nearly everyone is at a low point in their period of growth.
I decided to write this impulsively in order to share some insight on action you can take to optimize your low point. Although you cant speed your way through it or think your way out of it, you can indeed use it as an opportunity to grow optimally.
Here it is now
I feel as though a majority of people try and live their lives on easy street. Drugs, vices, shortcuts, even small addictions that seem harmless but make life just a little bit more bareable when times get rough.
Jerking off is one of these things, fad diets like keto or intermittent fasting are another.
Things that make the tough stuff less harsh.
There isn’t anything wrong with cushioning the blow of low points per say but you do stunt your growth by attempting to.
If you wish to be a pioneer, an innovator, someone who carries the torch into new learning it is key that you start getting real with yourself.
We champion ideas that downplay our uniqueness when in actuality there is no one size fits all approach to anything. Our mental models and approach could never be completely aligned.
When you’re experiencing a low point it is key that you allow yourself to feel everything. Something as small as quitting coffee, or any kind of junk food for a week will allow you new learning.
For example I am a highly anxious person by nature, but I also force myself into uncomfortable situations so it balances out. It helps me perform and also helps me take action because when I notice i'm anxious I feel as though I need to face that fear.
But during a recent low point I was very low energy and noticed i’d stopped facing my anxieties. At that point I was drinking a good amount of caffeine routinely and it wasn’t giving me energy anymore so I decided to cold turkey stop. During that time I was even more low energy and It was bad not going to lie.
But during that super low energy state I was able to feel everything without that boost of caffeine. I was able to feel my anxiety, I was able to feel what triggered me and flaws in my approach to nearly everything when I was low on energy.
That helped me learn to adapt and overcome trials that’d stump me at times when I wasn’t feeling it. And once I was out of my slump I’d gotten away with new knowledge that I wouldn’t have gotten if I had upped my caffeine intake or looked for other stimulants to boost my energy.
My point is if you allow yourself to ride the tides of your life in any endeavor without outside help, you will come out 200% stronger than you would have had you cushioned the winds.
Now I am able to face previous trials with ease and can use the things that make life easier to my advantage and not as a crutch.
Look at your routine, whats the first thing you think of doing when faced with something mildly frustrating? Quit it for a week.
Get beat up and knocked around without that aid so you can find out how to handle it. Instead of aiding yourself until it passes over and never finding a solution.
During my low point I found out I learn best by example and that during anxiety prone situations I am more likely to confront it when I have energy. I found out that times when I thought I wasn’t anxious I actually was. I found out how to confront those situations even when I was low energy.
All things that I never could’ve learned or applied had I not taken the time to be alone with my thoughts.
Allow yourself to feel everything and you’ll find an answer.
Outside advice is great but you can never apply it correctly if you don’t identify your own internal downfalls.
When you take a loss, before licking your wounds and putting on that bandaid of music, marijuana, reading, or whatever it is that you FEEL like doing.
Allow yourself to feel those emotions so that you can process them naturally and find a solution to them. Then figure out how you can bounce back from that loss.
I am a prodigy and an innovator in whatever I apply myself to because I identify my problems and find solutions to them. I also find my strengths and further strengthen those.
