Picking Up at Festivals

Hi everyone,

I'm working setup at a medium-sized rock music festival (with a few very big names) and have the perk of enjoying a free wristband for one day.

I've never approached in such an environment before and am curious if anybody has a process or some tips because neither myself or a girl are going to want to leave the festival.

Nearing the end of the night could be different (leaving the place might be a good time), but during the afternoon, would you just grab numbers and keep moving?

I'm also working at a Pride festival soon lol, though am on-shift through the whole thing. That's another beast that hopefully will be filled with fairly sexually liberated ladies and abundant threesome opportunities.

Ideal place to approach, everyone is in the mood to hook up with the right guy, don't go for numbers just instant lay. Main thing with festival approaching is to bring the energy, have a huge smile, be enjoying yourself, get physical early (grinds etc), be playful and self amused. These things are more geared rowards being social and maximizing your enjoyment of the day, a matter in which doing shitloads of approaching is very important for getting you out of your head. If you want to actually get laid though you'll have to switch modes a little, the instant you detect interest try to move her, and if that works dial down your vibe slightly, move her somewhere quieter for a drink etc. The festivals I attend usually have camping but failing that I suggest a speedshelter, its basically a pop up tent designed to prevent sunburn at the beach (I bought mine b/c had toddlers). You can just set it up somewhere and have all the sides down and use it as a place to sit until you're ready to do the deed. Public sex also an option, check out places behind the stage, near the amemities or market, near any semi-trailers of the organizers...

Hey thanks Ray! Great tips. Of course the answer was going to be lay her AT the festival haha unfortunately it's not a big camping one and may not have so many options since it's at a big park just outside of downtown. Still, that speedshelter looks amazing and may be just the thing for some other situations (like the beach). Just imagining "so where are we going?" and then just tossing the thing straight in the air "RIGHT HERE"

I know this is an old thread, but where would you store such a pop-up tent/canopy during a festival? I guess, you could store it in a car, but then you could just as well do it there.
