Places To Meet People When You're Under 21?

Hey guys, looking to talk to A LOT more people in the coming year

I'm wondering where I can go to talk to people without having to go to bars/clubs that are 21+? If any of you guys have any suggestions, that's great.

Places I've already considered:
-Dance classes
-Dance clubs 18+
-Work
-Friends of friends
-Shops I go to

...pretty much anywhere that you interact with people

Tbh dude, the more I immerse myself in it, the more I find clubs and bars to be pointless. Both in terms of pickup and meeting people. Girls are always guarded, people are always in groups, there's lots of alcohol (not good if you're trying to have solid interactions), it's loud, people have the attention span of a kid in a candy shop...the only upsides is that there are LOTS of people at nightclubs and it's "socially acceptable" to talk to strangers there. ...Definitely does not outweigh the cons. Not by a long shot. So believe me, you're not missing out on much

Specialty coffee shops.

If you go to the trendy spots with lots of space and places to sit down, where people come to study... these can be a gold mine. A lot of cute girls come to study in these settings. Also... very low key and chill vibe, so it just requires a little bit of tact and a simple greeting.
