I was sitting in the subway station and two young looking HB6s walked in. I walked up to them and started teasing them. Girl 1 was not interested and kept cockblocking, and Girl 2 was interested. My verbal game was a little rough - they were really keeping me on my toes, and i was trying to qualify them but it just wasn't coming out right. In the conversation snippet below, Girl 2 was trying to playfully resist me. I did some quick reframing and ended up on top...but I'm wondering if i should have playfully disqualified her instead of reframing, then tried to qualify her on something else? I feel the "me too" reframing was slightly chasey, and not exactly conducive to flipping the script to get her chasing:

My Own Analysis
This was a rough transition into getting to know them. My weird questions caused confusion, which created resistance from girl 1 AKA momma bear.
instead of asking "are you guys friends" i should have asked "how do you guys know each other"
instead of asking "are you in high school", say "you might be too young for me"
fog: are you in high school?
girl 2: no. elementary school.
fog: me too!
girl 2: I’m the teacher.
fog: I’m the principal.
girl 1: and I’m the professor. okay we gotta get going now.

fog: hey you guys know you gotta be above 6 feet to even get in the subway station
girl 1: I’m proud of myself for even making it in
fog: I’m proud of you too. great accomplishment.
they ignore me for a sec because they are looking at directions on their phone. i just chill.
fog: so do you guys like to party?
girl 1: ehhhh…sometimes.
fog: or do you like to stay in and chill.
girl 1: depends.
fog: [to girl 2] and what about you?
girl 2: same as her.
fog: are you guys friends?
girl 1: i just met her.
fog: you know, she looks like a serial killer. you should avoid her.
girl 1: i know i keep telling her that
girl 2: !?
girl 1 is trying to walk away but girl 2 is clearly interested in me - she bows her head in submission when i look at her.
fog: [to girl 2] does she always try to abandon you like this?
girl 2: I’m confused.
girl 1: okay lets go.
fog: [to girl 1] just one sec, okay.
I want to briefly qualify girl 2 on something so I can get her number.
fog: [to girl 2] are you in high school?
girl 2: no. elementary school.![]()
fog: me too!
girl 2: I’m the teacher.
fog: I’m the principal.
girl 1: and I’m the professor. okay we gotta get going now.
fog: alright see ya.
