Playfulness vs betaization

Hey guys, so my girlfriend are very playful with each other. She always does things like calling me her little guy or her cute kitten. She constantly says how I am cute, adorable and like a little animal. She always is like hey little guy or hey littles or cutiekins. This behavior is incessant when we are being playful, and I feel like I occasionally start acting cuter and then I realize wait I am a man and so i start behaving normally again. I do the same to her though call her cute and adorable a lot. My question to you guys is whether this is just fine playfulness or is she trying to betaize me and strip my power in the relationship. Also how do I move forward if it's the latter because we already have this cutesy words as a precedent?

I'm a pretty playful guy myself but you need to remember that she is your kitten. We cuddle in bed after some pretty passionate sex and she get's all adorable. I usually just wink at her and smile and she get's all red and giggles. Keep it simple.

She's not betaiz-ing you; you're letting her do it.

I would back and forth with her. Wag your finger no in a playful way and say, "you're my little girl "

As long as she respects you and follows your lead, and as long as you are generally the boss in the relationship, I think a lot of these cute statements can be overlooked and shouldn't offend.

You could offhandedly ask her - say you prefer to be called a big strong man rather than a little cutey.

My gf also says these cute things sometimes (and then she says I'm strong and sexy at other times) but I'm not too bothered cause I'm the boss and we treat each other right.
