Calls & Texts Please analyse this texting session for me please

Iv found texting is one of my weak areas cause in face to face senario's i find it much easier to talk and deflect negativity etc. but texting i usually fk everything up somehow. Anyways iv stopped texting and only do it set things up but recently iv decided im going to try improve my text game so i can set up something with people i met and random occasions and go their numbers or old flings which have moved etc.


Anyways enough jibberish here's the conversation (ill try put my analysis on what i think i was doing as well )

Last message i sent her before these message was some randomly link about tagging a girl with a good ass (at this point i was like i screwed it with her might as well plus she has a ripper ass)

That was November last year

anyways today

Me 3.46pm : Long time no speak, __ how's life in __

Her 6.40pm: I know! It's okay how's down __

Me 7.44pm: It's decent has its good and bad times
Me: You studying or working? (trying to get some info to deep dive with)

Her 8 pm: Yeh true that, just working, what about you?

Me 8.46pm : Just the usual. (trying to not give away information)
Me: What type of work your do ? (trying to get some more info again)

Her 8.46pm: Working or anything? I work as a tutor at a primary school

Me 8.46pm: A bit of uni a bit of work (was this a acceptable response)
me: You enjoying tutoring

Her 8.46pm : Oh yeah what you studying? Yeah it's good

Me 8.46pm : Health science atm. You looking to be a teacher or anything?

Her 11pm: Aw Nice how is it going ? Not really just trying to get through life at the moment ha

Me 11.57 pm: It's pretty chill fair enough all have rough patches (fked up writing that probs cause i replied with proof reading ) (anyways this part in particular im not sure about should i have tried changed the subject ?) (reflecting on it now i should of probably just ignored it and asked another question or something)

Pretty sure she is asleep now cause its like 12 am



Iv realized while typing this out that i should of probably sent all my message as single instead of doubles but i just addressed each part individually so i subconsciously sent one the the other instead of just continuing to type

As Marty said don't deep dive over texting - texting is simply a tool we use to get women on dates.

It's also a tool I use to rev up sexual tension before dates =P

Also! Don't ask close-ended questions:

• You studying or working?
• You enjoying tutoring
• You looking to be a teacher or anything?

Most of the time - women will answer with one word answers when you ask questions that offer one word responses.
You studying or working? Working, yeah.
You enjoying tutoring? Yeah.
You looking to be a teacher or anything? No.

Open-ended questions are better because they require her to explain herself giving your more information to deep dive upon (but that's best to do on a date and not over text).

Final thought: If you were looking to sleep with this girl or spark interest, you should've used some sex frames.

Me: I'm studying human anatomy

One more thing:

If you haven't talked this girl in over a year (since you said November last year) then her asking you what about you? was a great opportunity to paint yourself as a new man and really spark some new interest in you - but you saying "just the usual" means that you haven't changed any and your the same person that she's known for however long you've known her meaning that her original idea of you has not changed any.

Anyways this person live really really far away now so i just kinda was sending a check in message in case she visited anytime soon

would you guys be able to give me come examples of open questions cause now reflecting on a lot of my conversations i generally ask closed questions

Best open-ended questions to ask are:

• "What do you do for work?"
• follow up with "Is it your dream job?"
  
• "What do you do in your free time?"
  
• A nice close-ended question though is: "Do you like to travel, or ever thought about traveling?"

Those 3 are questions I learned from my friend Light when I was still starting out - and these questions all go beyond their surface level meaning.

Other questions that Chase has laid out in an article are:

• What was your childhood like?
• How far do you like to plan ahead?
• Ever go on any crazy adventures? <- I particularly like using this one because it's a great way to get sexual really fast.

Again, these questions go beyond the surface.

In general - ask your questions with unorthodox and colorful language. I also like to ask questions that give me insight into the people I'm talking to

Is there a way to chat up people via text message ? or should you always just try meet up? e.g. before a party your both going too chuck them a mesage

Improving your texting game really means being able to handle resistance to setting up dates, and avoiding the texting power struggle and both of these things are rare occurrences anyway. Basically it'd look something like this:

Me: "Hey Brittany, still on for Starbucks at 7, right?"
Her: "Sorry Richard, I got stuck babysitting for the night." <--- most guys would see this as a defeat, or lost cause
Me: "Yeah? Well tonight is the only night I'm free - when are you supposed to babysit until?"
Her: "Supposedly until about 11"
Me: "Look, if you want to grab a late bite after you're done then let me know now, if not I'm making other plans."
Her: "I think I should be able to make it."

Texting like this is no different than a face to face conversation.

Now, to answer your next question - can you chat people up via text? Yes, you can. But it is much harder with girls you haven't already slept with unless they are super into you and dying for your dick.
