You can find them near hospitals and Nursing homes. Those are the best spots for quantity.

A couple of pointers.
1) You have to be a bit louder when you speak to them.
2) Try avoid talking about dead/divorced husbands.
3) You will have to walk much slower then your regular pace.

As I've mentioned once or twice, I almost pulled a woman in her 50s, she had a tight little well-exercised body and a very attractive attitude. I got cold feet though.

But yeah, no different really than any other pickup. I'd say vibe and energy is more important than game, if she's down she won't make it hard for you, probably her biggest fear is that you don't find her attractive.

During the approach (night street approach) we vibed so well that passers by were smiling. The insta-date was wine, great conversation and more vibing. We walked out arm in arm and she was giddily telling me she wasn't coming home with me (which meant that she was) but I let her down gently, got her number and bailed.

That said 60s/70s is well outside my wheelhouse. I usually don't even go for a woman in her 30s, but this was just something special in terms of instant connection.

That's not my kind of frame and I don't have experience in it, sorry. I seduce women for self expression and memorable experiences.

To be frank, I think a man at that age shouldn't need a sugar mama, but I guess you already are aware of that.
