Guys,
I have been monitoring and working on my posture for like 2 years minimum and can you believe I STILL don't know how a correct posture would look like, or where I should focus most right now?
There's so much contrasting information out there:
BACK: STRAIGHT OR CURVED?
I have watched video of TED speakers saying the correct back posture is STRAIGHT
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1luKAS_Xcg
While this other woman stresses how there's a curve which should be respected (read reply to "luxlucis" if you wanna check the link): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJ7kNF5s9gA
WEIGHT : BALL OF YOUR FEET OR EQUAL?
I have read you should have the weight of your body mostly on the balls of your feet.
Alexander technique stresses it should be places all over your feet (the three points: ball, big toe and small toe). Which makes sense...
BUT, if I put it all over my feet, then I notice my body tends to lean a bit forward while you're supposed to be just straight?
Does anyone of you who has mastered posture please link a picture of a naked man or a man in just underwear -the issue with most online videos is that people take them with clothes on and you can't really see well :S- with proper posture?
Or maybe a picture of yourself?
