'Alpha Male' is a loosely used word, but for all terms and purposes here we're going to use it as 'being the leader of the group'. The 2 techniques I'm going to describe are very easy to understand and implement and very effective.
So, we're all guys here, and we like to brag and be given props to for doing certain shit. Like bragging about the girl you hooked up with, your car, your sports abilities, your income, whatever. The coolest guys I've met in my life have 2 things in common. EXPRESSION AND SELF-VALIDATION.
Expression - the ability to express your internal emotions freely. [ex. dancing when you like a song, making moves on a woman to express sexual desire, aggressiveness in the form of competitiveness, etc.]
Self-validation - to be completely validated internally and not look for outward sources to feed the ego. That is, you don't brag to feel cool about yourself in the eyes of others because your ego has to reinforce itself. [ex. if you think of yourself as a player, you brag about the women you're with and how many you've been with]
How you can apply this RIGHT NOW.
The next time you're out with your friends, be COMPLETELY chill. Just hang back, open up your body language and smile at the world. In complete euphoria. This is internal validation. DO NOT TRY TO BE THE ALPHA MALE BECAUSE THAT IS JUST TRY HARD AND THUS BETA. Just simply, BE. Then, express yourself. Say what you feel, do as you like.
Expression is very different from impression (Or, validation seeking behavior).
Examples:
Paying for the date because you're well-off and can treat others as you like. (expression)
Paying for the date because you think you'll get in her pants. (impression)
And yes, women can tell the difference very very very easily.
Buying a new expensive sports car for your love of racing and cars. (expression)
Buying a new expensive sports car to look cool in front of everyone. (impression)
Dressing well and grooming to take care of personal appearance and outward presentation (expression)
Dressing flashy and peacocking to draw attention (impression)
I'm sure you can think of a million other examples. But as long as you're completely calm, cool and collected; internally validated and expressing your emotions, people will begin to react to YOU. Because YOU dictate reality. As guys begin to brag and try to impress others and you remain unimpressed, they'll try harder (subconsciously) and this lowers their values in the eyes of women. As you express yourself completely and uninhibitedly, women will also react to you. And by nature, you emerge as leaders and 'alpha'. The women will naturally flock to you like a pack of geese.
