Pregnancy: How To Tell If You're A Father?

So this girl I have been seeing just texted me that she is a week late on her period as of today, the 3rd of Nov. I know this doesn't necessarily mean it's likely I am now a father or even that she is pregnant, but I am a bit concerned and want to figure out as much as I can.

How do I know if I possibly impregnated her, assuming she is pregnant? I also want to know more about pregnancy and windows for conception for future reference.

I am total noob regarding pregancy, so correct my logic if I am wrong.

First time I slept with her was October 6th. The last time was October 19th. There were two other times in between those dates.

Week late today (Nov 3rd) means period would have started October 27th. Which means her previous period would probably have been within 21-35 days ago (from what I've read online).

Go back to October 1st for convenience (I've read 28 day period cycles are about average) and assuming she had a normal cycle, she probably started ovulating around the 11th (again correct me if I am wrong) and stopped around the 21st. I'm aware that depedning on her normal cycle length these dates could be way off.

I would not be surprised if she just doesn't know her body well enough. She is only 18 afterall. Also, she told me that she had slept with someone after she met me on the 6th, and I am pretty sure she had slept with at least another guy immediately prior to me. I also didn't cum in her as far as I know.

Can girls tell that they are pregnant after just 3 weeks? I've read a few cases online of women who knew around 3-4 weeks but I assumed those were outliers.

Not saying that you are but she is testing waters to see who will be ought to look out for her. If she was really 18, there is a level of ego and invincibility that you will not get pregnant or die if you are a guy.

She is only 18 afterall. Also, she told me that she had slept with someone after she met me on the 6th, and I am pretty sure she had slept with at least another guy immediately prior to me.

I am pretty confident that she is more likely testing. Resource gathering period now!

Pregnancy works when she misses her period cycle.

You don't need to look for her for period cycle. She will tell you herself that she is knocked up, unless you are the boyfriend where she shares her cycle or maybe not.

But try to sleep with women whom you don't know, strap it up. You tend to become superman as you get confident. But superman has super swimmers. Although women getting knocked up is also rare, in a sense, according to statistics.

I need to see thru the abortion, pregnancy, contraceptives use, and babies born per year. It's a weird thing because really, nobody knows. We hear women get pregnant all the time but that's bollocks.

To evaluate the fertility dates, it is safer to count backwards 14 days from her due period date (rather than 14 days after her last actual period). So if she was due to have her period Oct 27th, her ovulation date would have been the 13th (= 27 - 14). The sperm can live up to 5 days inside the woman, and the egg lives two days (from memory... to be double checked). So the fertility window would have been from the 8th (= 13 - 5) to the 15th (= 13 + 2). Cum inside her before the 8th: the sperm would be dead by the time the egg comes. Cum inside after the 15: too late, the egg is gone.

The big caveat of course, is that you never know when the "period due date" is for sure. Because women are not always regular: e.g. she thinks her period was due on the 27th... and in fact it was just delayed by a week. That happens more often than not! It happened to my girlfriend when I was 23. A few days of huge pregnancy scare... She was already thinking of where to abort.

The other caveat is that if you haven't ejaculated inside her, it is very unlikely that she gets pregnant. There are traces of sperm in the fluids, but not nearly enough.

Exactly what I was looking for. Just copied into my notes on my phone. This is going to be very useful to have.

Funnily enough I read that Blackdragon post right before creating this thread haha... just started reading his blog about a week ago and already have probably finished half of his articles. He's got some good stuff.

You're welcome. By the way I double checked that the 5 days / 2 days periods of life for sperm / egg, as written above, is correct (not just my memory).

This is a good way of estimating the fertility window, but it can only be done in hindsight since you can never be 100% sure of when is the girl's next period start.
