Part of me actually likes this idea. Lets be honest - college students aren't all about following the rules set on them. However, it does give you social backing to telling a girl to consent before the act.

My only concern is when alcohol is involved. They're basically saying that if either party is drunk, it's not consented. And, the guy obviously gets blamed if she has second thoughts about the whole thing, leading to a severe problem of misreports that's already prevalent on college campuses. I think that there needs to be a lot more awareness about these types of things and a better law enforcement behind the operation. Women need to report real rapes, and law enforcement needs to conduct a proper investigation. But that is the democrats way of thinking - fix things by making laws that make things clear.

I wish things was easy for those who are real victims but since gossip and emotional momentum is women's nature, it's going to take a long awhile to progress anything.

Yeah in my college the rule is if, she doesn't verbally say yes its considered rape. Which is a very dangerous thing. Let the false accusations begin.
