Priorities: IMAGE or meeting women or both

Hi! i'm inexperienced, i'm always smiling without realizing it (so big you can't see my eyes), have a baby face, girls tell me i look "cute & adorable" and don't really have any edge to my personality.
so my question is: should i focus on NOT smiling so much (which will be really hard for me to change - take a long time) and image or should i just focus on going out and trying to meet women?

Oh last question: the city i'm in, people don't seem to go out at night on weekdays, should i still go out on weekdays or focus on weekends?

Without knowing your age range and more about the city, I'd say get comfortable with meeting women and introducing yourself and finding common experiences or interests to talk about conversationally. I read a quote that really stuck with me the other day:

"Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card,and how you leave people feeling after having an experience with you is your trademark."

I think if you are genuine with your smile it is more important than the manner in which you do it. Try raising your eyebrows while smiling if you are self conscious about it.
