Private Messages, difference between Outbox and Sent Message?

I'm assuming what is in the Outbox is not sent yet?

If so how do I send them?

I have about 3, two a few days old and one a few months old.

All the other PMs I sent are in the...sent messages box.

whats in the "outbox" means the person hasn't opened it yet bro. you sent it. They have yet to read it.
