I'm still playing around with this, but it seems like I can set up dates with less exchange of messages if I wait a day between each message. This means I will set up a date in 3-4 days. I could set up a date in 1 day, but I'll have to exchange many messages to create the same level of comfort, and that many messages means an exchange of a lot of personal information, which takes away a lot of the intrigue and conversational topics you could be having on your date. Pros and cons: Prolonging conversations is less work and builds more intrigue, but it takes longer and there's a risk that she'll get distracted by another guy (sounds like a bad frame to have, but I think this is realistic, and I don't let that bother me anyway because I don't get too invested in any one girl).
Setting up dates in real life happen quickly, but you have other tools to maintain intrigue and interest so she'll agree on the date.
