Prostitutes and rejection + realizing why direct game is so important

So I'm in the Dominican Republic right now and when I go out at night I get approached by multiple prostitutes each night. Some approach directly by walking up and grabbing my dick. Others approach indirect and strike up a conversation before hinting what their job is. It's interesting being on the other side of the table and it really strikes home why direct is so much better. I feel nervous when they approach indirect because I don't know what they want. I do know what they want but I can't tell for sure.

Nonetheless I reject them all (except one of them , yeah baby hooked up with a prostitute... I approached her if it makes a difference lol but that's a different story) and it got me thinking. When prostitutes get rejected do they take an ego hit and take it personally or is it just business to them?

I feel bad rejecting girls lol. Curious to yalls thoughts.
