I have been reading PUA for a while. I come away with the feeling that PUA info is for young guys in their 20's. Is there info you call can point me to for guys in their 40s and 50s?

About me. I am out of a long term relationship. My mind now is on having fun. Nothing serious. Hence my interest in PUA. I would prefer ladies my age. So can you all point me in the right direction?
