[Q]Using facebook as texting tool since it's on everyphone now

Hi everyone

Reading the differents articles on texting, number closing wiht girls. I can see that the opiniono of Chase and the other is to use now texting and not calling in our new era of time.

Another common opinion is to take a number from girls and not social media conact like facebook, and we can see very logical and common sense reasons about that. But even if the artiles are not so old, many technological advances have been done, esspetially on terme of SmartPhone an their synchroinisation with social medias. So now wer can send message using facebook tought our phones. So iwas wonderging since it's eisier to get facebook conact from virtually everyone, if we can use facebook for text messging girls, like we do by "Traditional text".
Keep in mind that i'm not talking about chatting, and liking evry girls picture. Just using it like texting for building little rapport and seting up a meet.

What do you think so far about that?

Unless you have a really good display picture and an 'impressive' profile I'd advice not to do it or else the girl might take a screenshot and send it to someone and say 'look at this creep who i've never met asking me out'. Happened to a friend. That might create social circle problems if they find out.

And you also have to really stand out from the other guys with the initial fb messages. I haven't figured out that yet and never will coz i ain't logging in there anytime soon.
I have a female friend of mine's password, if you want to rate her on that shitty 1-10 scale, i'd say she's 6-7 at best.
She has literally 100's of guys fb messaging her at the same time. Some faggot even messaged her with 'hey ua so cute....letz make a baby'

I did have girls telling me they liked my display picture though and that let to numbers. (that didn't materialize [pre gc] )

For good pictures-
Use a good camera.(dslr if you have one)
Look away from the camera.
Pose with dogs/cute children.
Remove all tagged photos where you look bad/drunk whatever..

So CTM, this make me a little confused, when i see chase articles about texting and setting dates, and aftert that i see another elder saying something different. Could you developpe a little?

The issue with Facebook isn't the messenger itself -- if you stay logged out of the messenger portion, she can't track if you're online or not.

The problem with Facebook is that you have to add her as a friend on there to communicate with her. Or at least that's generally the case. And once she's added you as a friend, she has a LOT of information she can find out about you that not only removes intrigue/mystery, but it also allows her to push you more toward a friend/boyfriend-zone if she decides what she sees is more appropriate toward fulfilling that role.

If you don't use Facebook much, she won't have much to go off of. But keep in mind she will likely look through your photos, too, since they can help determine a lot about you as well.

You can still use Facebook to communicate with girls if you have to, but giving them more information than they need to know about you generally puts you at a disadvantage, especially outside of social circle. I would only use Facebook if she requests you as a friend on there without you asking; otherwise, any form of texting is still the better method.
