Steve jobs mention that you need to be a good talent scout. No matter how talented you are, you need to seize people up fast and gather them in your team and build an organization that builds by itself.
Have any of you would believe that you actually have the people that you can call upon anytime that you can have this mentality like "We can make this work". Is it easy?, i will think not. but i have seen people who are influential, who have the capacity to do that, but don't.
I will like to develop a circle of influence of superbly high quality optimistic people, but i need to realize the first influence is myself, and meditation and clarity is important before anything comes by.
