Yesterday night, (Saturday night), I went downtown after work to this very popular club on the most popular street in my city. Not sure about your friend question (can't think of anything at the moment), but for the second one I have an idea.

If you are feeling pretty close to her, you can probably spin her on the dance floor and when she finishes her spin pull her in close (use your other hand on the lower part of the arc of her back). Make sure she has one foot between your feet, and you have one foot between her feet. This will put your crotch on her thigh and your thigh on her crotch. Now grind the with the hips (PS you move your hips by bending your knees alternately...took this white boy forever to figure out).

From there, if she is smiling, it's time for doggy style! Turn her half way and grind on her butt. Careful with this one...done too she'll run away. The first move is actually more sexually stimulating for both but the last one makes her look more slutty.
